Due to the instant delivery of digital products, including worksheets, homework packs, projects, assessments, and other downloadable resources, all digital product sales are generally final.
Refunds will only be considered if:
Tutoring Services
Tutoring sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing reasonable notice before the scheduled session.
Sessions missed without prior notice may be charged in full.
If Resolve Solutions needs to cancel a session, an alternative date and time will be arranged at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist where possible; however, refunds for digital downloads cannot be guaranteed once access has been provided.
